By using Frigya, you agree to these terms of use.

2. Nature of the Service

Frigya is a free educational app for building vocabulary. It currently contains no ads or in-app purchases.

3. Your Account

You must be over 13. You are responsible for the security of your Google or Apple account. You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the app.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes or abuse it with automated bots.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Reasonable care has been taken to ensure translations are accurate, but absolute accuracy is not guaranteed.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to data loss, loss of profit, device malfunction, or service interruption) arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the app. This limitation does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
